Where can I buy the Dodil?

Having recently started, we are growing every week, hoping that we finally can bend around every corner of the world.

Will my order be shipped discreet?

Indeed. 

We have one of the most discreet packaging solutions ever made for an adult toy. The complete kit with thermos will be shipped labeled as "Household Goods/Steel Container Thermos" and the single kit will be shipped labeled as "Household Goods/Silicone Form/Spatula". 

Both neatly packed in a white no-labeled box.

How will the payment show up on my credit card?

We use the name 'Buildovations AB' for all our shipments and billing receipts. By such nothing will be connected to this website or the name Dodil, adult toys or alike.

What about customs and fees?

There are no taxes, customs or other fees added or calculated from our side. 

Shipping to the following countries are, to our knowledge (as we shipped hundreds), not a subject for customs or taxes:

  • U.S
  • Europe
  • India
  • Japan
  • China
  • Australia

These are the countries we know from experience won't charge any extra fees.

If you are unsure, please contact your customs office in the country where you live. 

And, should you be unsure simply check out our store locator and find a shop in your country and order from them instead.

Is it safe to use my credit card for puchases?

We do not store any credit card details. Your credit card will be charged by the time you submit your online purchase order. The order will be placed after we have verified your card details and confirmed authorization and stock availability.

Do you store any customer data?

For tax reasons and customer care we need to save customer data like shipping and billing address.

For your security we use a dual SSL-certificate and the latest technology through flared networks (untraceable data) to protect that data.

You can whenever you wish, ask to have that removed by e-mailing us at [email protected].

We will never share your data with any third party or people not connected directly with our company and brand.

What payment methods do you accept?

For online purchases we accept the following methods:

  • Visa, Maestro, Mastercard (through Stripe)
  • Paypal
  • Direct Bank Payment

Please note that when using direkt bank payment there is a transaction time of up to 2 working days before we can process your order.

When will I receive my order?

Orders made through our online shop are shipped the same day as an order is approved. Orders will be delivered within 5 days of shipment, but please note that this can vary depending on country or if you live in a remote area.

We use DHL Express for most of our deliveries and always through green/carbon neutral optimization. You can follow your order via DHL once you get your waybill number. If there are any problems with your order we will notify you via e-mail.

I changed my mind. How do I return my product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchased item it may be returned unopened and unused/unshaped within 14 days of receipt. However:

•    We cannot accept non-defective exchanges on items that have been opened or used
•    Items can not be returned unless they are defective
•    Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return
•    Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges

If upon delivery you find that the box has been damaged or opened, or its contents are missing, please ensure that you take a photograph of the damaged packaging which should be emailed to us, and if you are at home during the delivery write; “Damaged/opened/missing content when delivered”. If you are not at home when the product is delivered this is not a problem, you only need to send us the photograph of the damaged packaging via email and we will take up the issue directly with our distribution party and pursue compensation.

Please note that you will need to send back the original receipt together with the product to us.
